it’s a new day
i’ve found a new diet. don’t laugh, but, baby food. you can buy little packets from the supermarket and heat them up. they’re only 80-110 calories per meal and the small sizes = no overeating! double win.
so, my goal. only water and diet coke + 1 baby meal per day. that will equate to less than 200 calories per day. i think i can do it.
